Current machine condition:
The machine is mechanical assembled, under power and can be show in the hall of FERMAT Pressl.
The machine is after general repair and modernization on NC in 2002 provided by the company ŠKO-TOOL, Czech Republic.

The electrical part of the machine was replaced during the general repair:
NC Heidenhain 426, machine panel and switchboard equipment
Main DC motor ŠKODA is original, drive of main motor digital DC changer Mentor II from the company Control Techniques.
AC feed motors from the company Control Techniques, drives of the feed motors Unidrive from the company Control Techniques
Measurement of axes X, Y – linear scale Heidenhain
Measurement of axes Z/W – revolving sensor Heidenhain

Mechanical adjustments during the general repair:
Travel of the machine on the bed - axis X – ball screw with the adjusted nut
Travel of the headstock on column - axis Y – ball screw wit the adjusted nut

Mechanical adjustments provided by the company FERMAT Pressl to prepared the machine for the new customer:
Checking and lubrication of the machine spindle mounting
Adjustment of the radial backlash of the spindle
Grinding of the taper inside for the instrument clamping
Equipment of the headstock by rectification bars for the adjustment of the perpendicularity travels of the machine in the axes Z/W and Y.
Repair of all clamping units of the axes X, Y and Z/W
New telescopic cover of the axis X
