Graphic symbol keys simplify the function selection and the data input.
Digital display for relevant positions of the grinding units. Programmes
available like:
Surface grinding with roughing, finishing, fine finishing and spark-out and
wheel dressing cycles, also cycles for plunge grinding, step grinding,
facing, slits, etc.
All movements and feeds can be easily set at the operating panel (OP 27)
with Graphic supports and infinitely variable. Manual adjustments possible
by an Electronic handwheel for YZ-axis. (positioning or additional infeed)
The operating of this machine needs no special programming knowledge.
Steplessly adjustable Grinding wheels speeds by a transformer.
2 different Grinding wheel dressing devices mounted on the worktable Model
TAG and TAW for straight dressing and angle dressing, each having two
diamond fleeces for roughing and finishing. Dressing cycles can be
implemented in grinding program.
Built-on Electric Magnetic chuck approx. 600 x 400 x 80 mm, with adhesive
force control and demagnetising device.
